Ferdinand has a wide rage of areas of practice covering of commercial and corporate services, banking, project finance, setting up of private equity funds, and listing of companies on the primary and secondary markets in Rwanda. She practised for a number of years at a tier one law firm in Rwanda in various fields, namely commercial and civil litigation and capital markets.

Prior to joining MLF, he worked for decades in Rwandan judicial system reason why he has a good command of the civil, corporate and commercial laws. He is highly valued by clients and the firm for his unfailing commitment and dedication.
